Job Title: Strategic Platform Manager

The role of the Digital Platform Manager is a strategic and results-driven position that oversees the development, delivery, and ongoing management of our digital platform. This full-time position involves collaboration with internal stakeholders to determine requirements and support successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver our digital platform, collaborating with internal stakeholders to determine requirements and support successful implementation.
  • Monitor the performance and operation of the digital platform, ensuring reliable performance and managing vendor relationships.
  • Lead and prioritize platform enhancement projects, initiating change management processes and overseeing configuration updates.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation, preparing business cases to support new technologies or process improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications or extensive experience and training related to applications, technologies, software, and services.
  • Extensive experience in leading and delivering projects of various sizes, from inception to completion.
  • Demonstrated experience in solving complex strategic and operational issues within a business or IT environment.
  • Familiarity with the principles of design thinking and agile software delivery.
