This comprehensive 24-month program is tailored for talented individuals who are passionate about the livestock industry and eager to acquire valuable expertise. Participants will engage in four leadership workshops, receive on-the-ground training, and benefit from the guidance of experienced mentors assigned to provide ongoing support.

Throughout the program, you will develop effective communication and relationship-building skills, as well as cultivate expertise in areas such as business planning, marketing, and sales. You will also have the chance to work in both saleyard and branch environments, being mentored and guided by our experienced livestock employees and leaders.

To be considered for this program, you must possess a strong desire to learn and succeed in the livestock industry, demonstrate excellent customer service skills, and showcase successful completion of Year 12, at least 24 months of work experience in the agricultural industry (preferably in livestock), and a willingness to relocate at the conclusion or throughout the program.

Applicants who are successful will be offered a position in November to commence the role in February 2026.
