Administrative Support Role

About the Position:

We are seeking an organized and efficient individual to join our Radiation Oncology team as a support specialist.

This role would suit someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and rescheduling of patient appointments in accordance with business rules and clinical staff availability.
  • Preparing and distributing patient referrals and other relevant medical documentation and records.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times.
  • Providing relief for other administrative staff as required and performing other duties appropriate to the level of responsibility.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Demonstrated experience in providing administrative support services, including minute-taking and document formatting.
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate self-directed work practices.
  • Flexibility, prioritization, and organizational skills to manage a diverse workload.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work cooperatively with other staff.
