Claims Expertise

We are seeking an experienced Claims Consultant to manage a portfolio of retail claims, providing technical guidance on claims handling and resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple claims, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews to drive continuous improvement in claims processes.
  • Counsel and develop junior consultants through training, coaching, and mentoring.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in managing complex policies and customers, resolving complaints, and reviewing disputed claim decisions.
  • Strong understanding of LICOP (Life Insurance Code of Practice) and the Insurance Contracts Act.
  • DFP/ANZIIF qualifications are desirable but not essential.
