A new opportunity has arisen for a talented professional to join our team as a Retail Claims - Senior Case Manager. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have a strong background in retail life claims, we want to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and support case managers who assess long-term, Death and Terminal Illness claims.
- Own a small portfolio of complex claims across Income Protection, Death and Terminal Illness.
- Be the team's go-to expert—share knowledge, coach on best practice, and role-model our claims philosophy.
- Solid end-to-end experience in retail life claims, with strong policy interpretation across different cover types.
- Broad knowledge of medical, financial, legal, product and regulatory aspects of life insurance.
- Certificate IV in Life Insurance (preferred).
- Enjoy 5 weeks of annual leave through our Z leave initiative.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to take on a key leadership role within our claims team. As a Retail Claims Senior Case Manager, you will be responsible for leading and supporting case managers, owning a small portfolio of complex claims, and being a subject matter expert in retail life claims.
