Retail Claims Senior Case Manager Role

A new opportunity has arisen for a talented professional to join our team as a Retail Claims - Senior Case Manager. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have a strong background in retail life claims, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support case managers who assess long-term, Death and Terminal Illness claims.
  • Own a small portfolio of complex claims across Income Protection, Death and Terminal Illness.
  • Be the team's go-to expert—share knowledge, coach on best practice, and role-model our claims philosophy.
Requirements:
  • Solid end-to-end experience in retail life claims, with strong policy interpretation across different cover types.
  • Broad knowledge of medical, financial, legal, product and regulatory aspects of life insurance.
  • Certificate IV in Life Insurance (preferred).
