The Claims Specialist plays a pivotal role in supporting claims teams in delivering high-quality outcomes through leadership, collaboration and continuous improvement.
This position involves championing customer-focused claims experiences, providing expert advice on complex claims, and conducting technical reviews and audits to identify risks and ensure accuracy.
Required Skills & Qualifications- A minimum of 3 years' experience in claims management with knowledge of CTP legislation, processes and legal frameworks.
- Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- High integrity, accountability and professional judgment with a proactive approach to identifying risks and solutions.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with experience in coaching, feedback and team support.
