This role is ideal for a customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills who can provide patients, relatives, carers and staff with relevant information regarding private health funds, work cover, transport accident commission (TAC), department of veteran affairs (DVA) and medicare ineligible patients.

The finance liaison officer will work closely with revenue services to maximise the identification, capture and collection of documentation and collect upfront fees in a timely, accurate and transparent way across the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, relatives, carers and staff
  • Process and manage private health insurance claims and compensation applications
  • Assist with data manipulation and statistical analysis of large datasets
  • Work effectively in a team environment to achieve performance indicators
