Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Liaison Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers, ensuring timely actioning within customer service level agreements and internal KPIs.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong customer focus, and the ability to negotiate, influence and manage conflicts effectively.

In this role, you will be working closely with medical clinics, pathology providers, health professionals and participants to schedule health screening appointments, follow up on results and negotiate provider fees.

You will also be responsible for answering inbound phone calls, making outbound calls and writing accurate case notes in our platform.

  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • Advanced understanding of health and medical information exchange
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
