About This Role:

We are seeking an experienced Liaison Officer to support the recruitment and retention of nurses and midwives.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior nursing staff to foster relationships with stakeholders, including nurses, midwives, allocators and coordinators.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with onboarding new staff members
  • Providing high-level office support and maintaining accurate records
  • Cultivating strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Extensive experience in an office environment
  • High-level office skills with attention to detail
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Previous experience in a Human Resources role (desired)
