Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished geotechnical professional to lead our team in Sydney. This challenging role involves applying technical expertise and effective project management skills to deliver exceptional results.

  • Ensure that analysis and design tasks meet appropriate technical standards and client requirements.
  • Collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and contributors to maintain quality, timeliness, and coordination of project deliverables.
  • Contribute to the commercial success of projects and the team through proactive collaboration and excellent interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate will have a Tertiary Qualification in Engineering, relevant industry certification, 6-8 years' experience, and strong communication skills.

Key Requirements

Suitable applicants will have:

  • Tertiary Qualification in Engineering;
  • Relevant industry certification – CPEng, RPEQ (QLD);
  • 6-8 years' professional experience, preferably within a consultancy;
  • Ability to interpret and communicate complex information;
  • Proven project management skills; Familiarity with Australian Standards and specifications;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for working effectively within a diverse environment;
