A seasoned geotechnical professional with expertise in ground improvement techniques is sought to lead a high-profile project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze comprehensive geotechnical investigation data to develop relevant parameters and derive key insights.
  • Develop innovative, timely, and technically accurate designs for ground improvement solutions, collaborating closely with internal teams and clients.
  • Ensure seamless project execution by providing on-site support and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Conduct complex numerical analyses for geotechnical design, foundation reinforcement, and retaining wall construction during various project stages.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's degree in Civil Engineering with specialization in Geotechnical Engineering preferred.
  • 6-8 years of experience in civil engineering design with strong focus on geotechnical and soil mechanics.
  • Proven track record of delivering preliminary, conceptual, and detailed designs within tight deadlines.
  • Advanced knowledge of geotechnical ground improvement techniques including CMC, Jet Grouting, Anchoring, Stone Columns, Vibro Compaction, Deep Soil Mixing, Slurry Walls, Dynamic Compaction, and Grouting.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software such as PLAXIS and SLOPE-W; advanced to expert-level skills in Visual Basic and Excel.
