We are seeking an experienced geotechnical professional to join our team in the Central West Orana region.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a high-profile project, designing and building infrastructure that will help connect wind and solar farms to the grid.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the engineering department in managing the delivery of works related to geotechnical activities.
  • Assist in identifying potential design issues and provide possible contingency solutions.
  • Prepare technical reports, drawings, and specifications.
  • Work closely with civil, structural, and electrical engineers to integrate geotechnical solutions into the overall construction delivery.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in geology or engineering geology.
  • At least 3 years' experience in transmission line infrastructure projects or similar large construction projects.
  • A strong understanding of construction techniques and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
