Job Overview

FrankieOne is seeking a seasoned cybersecurity leader to spearhead the development and implementation of our information security strategy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for shaping the organization's security posture, ensuring the integrity and resilience of our platform and infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, risk management strategies, and compliance regulations. You will be responsible for managing and monitoring cybersecurity systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure security best practices are integrated into all business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive information security strategy aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and manage cybersecurity teams, providing guidance and oversight on security initiatives.
  • Collaborate with People, Product, Engineering, IT, and other departments to ensure security is embedded in all business processes.
  • Evaluate and manage vendors, suppliers, and service partners to maintain high standards of security.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on security status and risks.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading cybersecurity teams and implementing information security strategies.
  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, risk management strategies, and compliance regulations.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with ability to work across multiple departments.
  • Ability to evaluate and manage vendors, suppliers, and service partners.
