We're hiring a Chief Information Security Officer to drive digital transformation within our Ovation pillar. In this role, you'll take ownership of our comprehensive cybersecurity program from strategic planning and policy development through to hands-on implementation and ongoing compliance management.

A day in the life of the Chief Information Security Officer will involve leading the development and implementation of a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy and policies across IT and operational technology environments, conducting risk and threat landscape assessments to protect fan data and critical business systems, collaborating with executive leadership to align security initiatives with business resilience and digital transformation programs, managing cybersecurity frameworks, compliance requirements, and regulatory standards to ensure robust governance, mentoring and developing internal security teams while managing external cybersecurity service providers, overseeing information security education across the organisation, and providing strategic briefings and recommendations to senior leadership and board members.

Requirements
  • A minimum 5 years' experience in a senior Information Security leadership role preferably as a CISO in technology entertainment or critical infrastructure organisations.
  • A CISSP Certified Information Systems Security Professional or equivalent accreditation.
  • A strong executive presence with proven ability to influence at board and senior leadership level.
  • A deep knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks e.g. NIST regulatory compliance and risk management standards.
  • A demonstrated track record of successfully implementing cybersecurity initiatives across complex technology environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement vendor management and team leadership capabilities.
