Job Description

A high-caliber automation professional is required to develop and implement advanced automation strategies for our clients using a range of tools such as Selenium, Rest Assured, TOSCA, HPMC, and UFT. This involves designing the most effective test automation framework, reviewing existing models, and suggesting improvements.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in UI automation tools like Selenium, UFT One, and Playwright, as well as unit testing frameworks like TestNG and Junit. Strong collaboration and project management skills are also essential, with experience in Agile environments and CI/CD processes.

The automation professional will lead a team of automation testers, ensuring efficient delivery quality under pressure. A strong understanding of stakeholder management and client interfacing is also required.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing advanced automation strategies
  • Designing the most effective test automation framework
  • Reviewing existing automation models and suggesting improvements
  • Leading a team of automation testers to ensure efficient delivery quality

Nice to have skills include exposure to latest trends in Quality Engineering space, knowledge on GenAI tools, and good experience on mobile automation solutions.
