Job Description

Rockwell Automation is hiring

We are looking for a Senior Field Marketing Specialist, South Pacific (SP) based in our Melbourne or Sydney office. You will play a crucial role in SP's marketing team to accelerate growth. You will be responsible for creating quality field marketing programs and activities with a solid focus on ROI, aligned with SP's strategic priorities. You will report to the Senior Manager, Brand and Field Marketing, Asia Pacific.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Support development and build the annual marketing plan supporting the region's strategic growth priorities in partnership with Sales and Department management teams, focusing on ROI, brand strengthening, and customer decision-making.
2. Ensure a digital-first mindset in all tactics.
3. Define event and campaign KPIs with Sales and ensure these goals are met.
4. Monitor implementation of the marketing plan, adhere to budget, perform ROI analysis, and manage lead-to-revenue processes.
5. Define and execute PR and social media activities for thought leadership, aligned with brand guidelines and corporate messages.
6. Build relationships with regional distributors and channel partners to create demand and lead business amplification.
7. Partner with Asia Pacific, Global, and local teams to execute campaigns and main programs.
8. Create consistent brand messaging across all channels and media.
9. Build relationships with customers, partners, agencies, and media to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
10. Support and mentor the SPR Field Marketing team.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or equivalent.
2. 6+ years of marketing experience.
3. Experience with PR, digital, and social marketing programs, tools, and systems.
4. Understanding of marketing infrastructure, including automation, digital marketing, BI, and analytics.
5. Strong business and financial skills for developing and supporting marketing plans within budgets.
6. Experience in B2B, technology, or software marketing preferred.
