Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Business Administrator to join our dedicated team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to the General Manager and contributing to the smooth operation of our care home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resident Placement: Welcome prospective residents and their loved ones, ensuring a warm and informative introduction.
  • Employee Service: Support and oversee employee experience, including roster administration, recruitment, onboarding, and leave management.
  • Reception/Administration: Lead the customer and administrative experience function, maintaining high standards of customer service.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A patient and calm demeanor, with excellent communication and diplomacy skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills across the MS Office Suite.
  • Previous experience in a similar admin/customer service role.
  • Highly developed organizational and time management skills.
