Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Programme Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our programme management team, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the delivery of multiple defence programmes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate programme planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and governance in alignment with Defence frameworks.
  • Deliver complex defence programmes within the Land and Maritime domains.
  • Apply project management tools, risks management, project scheduling, and other related skills to ensure successful outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Project Management, Procurement, or Defence-related fields.
  • Extensive experience managing complex defence programmes.
  • A sound understanding of Defence Procurement and delivery frameworks such as ASDEFCON.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with a people-first approach to stakeholder engagement.
