Process Improvement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive process optimisation and engineering support across the plant.
- Promote a strong safety culture through active engagement in programs and initiatives.
- Support operations in problem-solving, root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions.
- Design and implement best practice processes and systems, ensuring compliance with standards.
- Facilitate and perform maintenance analysis to drive reliability improvements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and plant optimisation projects.
This is a hands-on role where you will play a critical role in supporting operations to optimize plant performance, embed best practice, and deliver engineering solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Embed a strong safety culture through proactive participation in safety initiatives.
- Collaborate with operations teams to identify and resolve production bottlenecks.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance plant efficiency.
- Work closely with maintenance teams to ensure effective equipment operation and maintenance.
Requirements:
- Degree in Process, Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering (or related).
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles with the ability to apply them in a practical operational setting.
- Proven problem-solving ability and analytical mindset.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across stakeholders.
