Operational Excellence Graduate Program

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Operational Excellence Graduate Program. This two-year program provides the opportunity to develop and implement process improvements, drive results, and exceed expectations.

Job Description:

As an operational excellence graduate, you will be involved in activities that support the efficient delivery of products to customers. You will have the opportunity to work with local and global teams, enabling the implementation of company strategy.

  • Develop and implement approved improvement initiatives aligned with company strategy and compelling business needs (CBN).
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of a continuous improvement mindset by leveraging the end-to-end operating system and associated tools.
  • Use data analytics to create process insights that enable data-driven decision making affecting areas such as yield, capacity, cycle time, and right first time.
  • Contribute to the delivery of workshops and training using lean methodology and best practice improvement frameworks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for individuals with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, demonstrated self-awareness, capability to adapt to change, effective communication and collaborative skills, and ability to clearly express technical knowledge.
