Job Title

The role of Business Analyst is crucial in ensuring that the organization's processes are efficient and effective. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading process improvement initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders, and developing future-state process maps.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead process improvement initiatives in complex environments.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand current practices and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Develop future-state process maps, functional models, and service delivery models.
  • Support creation of procedures and training guides.
  • Quantify benefits of process improvements using data and performance metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience leading process improvement initiatives in complex environments.
  • Strong business analysis experience, ideally in government or highly regulated environments.
  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma, BABOK, PMBOK/Prince2, or BPM methodologies.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Critical thinking, problem-solving, and data analysis capabilities.
