Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist

This role offers the opportunity to provide holistic services in workplace rehabilitation. The successful candidate will utilize their clinical knowledge and allied health background to assist injured workers recover at work and achieve independence.
Main Responsibilities:- Deliver workplace rehabilitation services, including initial needs assessments, workplace assessments, advice on job modifications, and ADL assessments.
- Conduct medical case conferences, stakeholder liaison, and case management services.
- Support needs assessments.
- Full registration with a relevant professional body.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and time management skills.
- A self-starter with a go-getter attitude.
- Ability to complete a satisfactory Working with Children Check, and Police Clearance.
- Current Australian driver's license and vehicle.
- Willingness to learn and positively impact people's lives.
- Capacity to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journey.
