Workplace Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled health professional to deliver holistic services within workplace rehabilitation using clinical knowledge and an allied health background.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver client-centered services to injured workers, assisting them to recover at work and achieve independence at home and in the community.
  • Conduct workplace assessments, provide advice on job modifications, and undertake daily tasks including rehabilitation counseling, vocational assessments, ADL assessments, and medical case conferences.

Requirements:

  • Full registration with relevant professional bodies (AHPRA, ASORC, ESSA, AASW)
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and time management skills
  • A self-starter with a go-getter attitude, taking pride in a job well-done
  • Ability to complete a satisfactory Working with Children Check and Police Clearance
  • Current Australian driver's license and vehicle
  • Willingness to learn and positively impact people's lives
