Job Description

The role of HR Administrator at Compassion Australia requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual to provide high-quality administrative and operational support across all stages of the employee lifecycle. This includes supporting recruitment, onboarding, changes, and offboarding processes to ensure accurate documentation and smooth transitions.

  • Providing timely advice on employment policies and managing updates to HR systems with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Coordinating end-to-end recruitment processes, including advertising roles, scheduling interviews, liaising with candidates, and conducting reference checks.
  • Maintaining records and systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
