
HR Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to support our HR department and contribute to the efficient functioning of our organization.
As an HR Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of key HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding of new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, contract details, and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate and schedule training and development programs for employees.
- Act as the main point of contact for employee inquiries and provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies in regards to employee-related matters.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
- Plan and organize company events and employee engagement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR coordination or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Experience in the retail industry is a plus.
