Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing outstanding support to our members, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our members, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, ensuring you can provide accurate and informed support to our members.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our customer service goals and objectives.
  • Continuously improve our customer service processes and procedures, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6-12 months recent customer service experience, preferably in the superannuation or financial services industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with our members and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
