Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Service team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our commercial clients, working with our Omni Channel platform to process inbound inquiries, and liaising with internal stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to NHP's commercial client base
  • Work with the Omni Channel platform to process inbound inquiries, including orders, returns, queries, services, and general items
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes
  • See customer enquiries through to completion
  • Maintain records and documents relating to customer activity
  • Contribute to continuous improvement
  • Ensure the prompt resolution of customer enquiries and meeting of team KPIs
