Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our Online Shopping Department, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and timely delivery of groceries to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring a high standard of service quality and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage difficult customer situations and resolve issues in a fair and efficient manner.
  • Utilize 'sign on glass' technology for all deliveries and ensure accurate and efficient delivery processes.
  • Conduct pre-shift inspections of vehicles and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage difficult customer situations and resolve issues in a fair and efficient manner.
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
  • Current Full Driver's Licence.
