As a People & Culture Executive, you will be the voice of our people at the executive table. You'll lead with integrity, ensuring workforce strategies and initiatives reflect values and support mission.
In this role, you will:
Lead a passionate, multi-disciplinary team focused on safety, inclusion, and cultural excellence.
Embed values into every part of the employee journey.
Champion diversity, equity, wellbeing, and employee engagement initiatives that matter.
Develop and deliver people strategies that strengthen capability and resilience.
Provide trusted advice on workforce, industrial, and cultural matters.

You're more than an experienced People & Culture Executive — you're a culture champion and a strategic thinker with heart. You bring:
Proven success leading people, culture, and safety functions in complex environments.
A track record of delivering values-led workforce strategies with measurable impact.
The ability to influence and inspire at every level, from the frontline to the boardroom.
