The Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated leader to join our team as a Culturally And Linguistically Diverse Learners Leader College Wide. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will play a critical role in promoting and supporting the education of culturally and linguistically diverse learners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the educational outcomes of culturally and linguistically diverse learners.
  • Provide guidance and support to teachers and staff on issues related to cultural diversity and linguistic diversity.
  • Collaborate with other leaders to develop and implement school-wide policies and procedures that promote equity and inclusion.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of culturally and linguistically diverse learners, identifying areas for improvement and implementing evidence-based interventions.
Requirements
  • A commitment to Catholic education and a demonstrated understanding of the importance of cultural and linguistic diversity in education.
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience in developing and implementing strategies to enhance educational outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with teachers, staff, students, and parents.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement.
