About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a High-End Customer Service Ambassador based at our client's site in the heart of Melbourne CBD. You will be responsible for ensuring that our client's Hubs function optimally and are fit for purpose, prioritizing the needs of our clients' members at all times.

This position commences on 13th January 2025 and is an excellent chance to grow professionally in a fast-paced environment. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise while contributing to the success of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage front-of-house services, including meeting room bookings, catering requests, and concierge supplies with efficiency and attention to detail.
  • Handle courier requests, deliveries, and mail distribution in a timely manner to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Support events with layout, setup, and breakdown activities to guarantee successful execution and memorable experiences.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities, including building inductions and access card management, to provide a smooth transition for new team members.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Maintain and manage inventory of office supplies/uniform, ensuring stock levels are adequate and reordering as necessary to avoid disruptions.
  • Assist in implementing and communicating emergency procedures to ensure all team members and guests are informed and prepared.

Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
