Key Responsibilities- Work closely with our Registered Nurses, Assistants in Nursing, and Allied Health Team to ensure an enhanced level of care is provided to our residents.
- Utilize your clinical skills to deliver comprehensive assessments and care planning, and provide support to the Deputy Care Manager.
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Contribute to the development of our care teams through mentoring, coaching, and education.
- Current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- At least 3 years post-graduate clinical experience
- Prior experience working in an aged care setting
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Experience working with clients living with dementia or a keen interest to learn
- Reasonable computer skills with prior experience utilizing an electronic health record program
