Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse to join our team at UnitingSA. As a Clinical Nurse - Aged Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leading a team of nurses in an aged care setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of nurses to ensure high-quality patient care and outcomes.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of patients.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide education and training to nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Nursing degree or equivalent.
  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an aged care setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
