Job Description

As a Scheduler - Planner, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing production scheduling to ensure timely and accurate order flow through the factory.

  • Develop detailed production schedules to meet customer deadlines.
  • Monitor daily scheduling, resolve conflicts or delays through proactive communication and problem-solving.
  • Allocate jobs to suitable press technologies based on label specifications and production efficiency.
  • Liaise with Production Managers to align schedules with operational capacity and performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Designing efficient production plans to meet customer needs.
  2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
  3. Identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts to minimize delays.
  4. Analyzing production data to optimize workflows and improve efficiency.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience as a scheduler - planner or similar role preferably in the print manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency in relevant software including MS Office Suite.
  • Experience in planning scheduling software.
  • A high level of maturity and credibility to influence others and build/maintain strong internal and external relationships.
