Job Title: Quality Assurance and Audit Officer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance and Audit Officer to join our Claims team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of our claims process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and improve the claims process, including phone calls, claims outcomes, and communications, to identify deficiencies and recommend improvements.
  • Examine customer experience and satisfaction of claims management, considering the voice of the customer and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure product integrity is reviewed and maintained, and live claims payments are reviewed to identify leakage and incorrect payments.
  • Liaise with Claims Officers, Team Leaders, and training team members to reduce payments and claims errors.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year's experience in insurance claims processing.
  • Understanding of insurance processes and legislation.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to have difficult conversations with peers as required.
  • Great attention to detail and ability to quickly identify patterns.
