Job Description

As a Registered Midwife, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centred care in a dynamic team environment. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing individualised care to patients
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes
  • Supporting and mentoring junior staff
  • Managing patient care with compassion and empathy

  • Advocating for patients and their families
Requirements
  • Current Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Midwife
  • Previous relevant clinical experience in speciality
  • Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team
  • Commitment to continuing professional development
  • Effective interpersonal skills, showing initiative and leadership to junior members of the team
