You will be at the forefront of clinical excellence - working hands-on with veterinary teams, identifying growth opportunities and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and mentorship across multiple clinics.
  • Collaborate with in-clinic teams to assess needs, support development and build strong relationships.
  • Champion best practices and uphold the highest standards of veterinary care.
  • Design and deliver impactful training programs to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
  • Partner with operational leaders to drive performance and client satisfaction.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding and retention of veterinary professionals.
  • Stay ahead of advancements in veterinary medicine and integrate innovations into practice.

Requirements
  • A degree in Veterinary Medicine and registration to practice in Queensland.
  • Memberships in Small Animal Practice would be viewed favourably.
  • Proven experience in a clinical setting.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A passion for mentoring and empowering others.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a commitment to excellence.
  • Flexibility to travel between clinics and support other regions as needed.
