About the role A career opportunity exists for an experienced leader looking for a fulfilling leadership position with a positive impact. We are seeking a leader with a strong clinical background to provide operational excellence and supervision to staff at our Multipurpose Service in Blackall. You will manage the day-to-day clinical, financial, hospitality, administration, maintenance, and lifestyle operations of the site. Responsible for a range of personal care, therapies, and accommodation options, you will ensure our residents and clients receive a high standard of care and quality of life.

You are driven by challenges and looking for a role where your input will make a real and substantial difference to the lives of our residents. You may have managed a residential aged care service before or be equally enthusiastic about doing so. You will have a strong clinical background and the ability to effectively implement changes at an organisational level, and to develop a work team through the process.
