Business Development Manager Opportunity

About the Role:

As a highly motivated and connected business development professional, you will take the lead in establishing and growing our Adelaide office. This is an exceptional opportunity to make your mark in a growth-focused role with real purpose and impact.

  1. Establish and expand relationships with support coordinators, local area coordinators, general practitioners, hospitals, and community organisations.
  2. Proactively identify new business opportunities in NDIS/HCP markets.
  3. Meet and exceed key performance indicators for client acquisition and revenue growth.
  4. Represent us at events, forums, and industry networks.
  5. Collaborate with service delivery teams to ensure quality onboarding and client retention.
  6. Actively network within the NDIS industry, utilising key industry networks that you have established.

We Are Looking For:

  • Demonstrated business development experience within the NDIS sector.
  • A strong network of NDIS professional contacts across South Australia.
  • In-depth understanding of NDIS frameworks, funding, and registration requirements.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • A strategic, proactive mindset with a passion for growth and client outcomes.
  • Tertiary qualification in business or a related field.
  • A valid Australian driver's license is required.
