We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Commerce and Marketing Leader to drive business growth through innovative strategies.

About This Role

This key position will play a vital role in shaping the future of our digital presence, leveraging expertise in ecommerce operations, paid advertising, and influencer marketing.

  • Paid Advertising Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms to maximize visibility and ROI.
  • Online Retail Operations: Manage online retail operations, including brand website, third-party marketplaces, and retail partner integrations, focusing on merchandising, pricing, and promotions.
  • Digital Commerce Scaling: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to scale digital commerce and enhance the customer journey.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data and analytics to optimize media buying, audience targeting, and conversion paths.
  • Web and Digital Performance: Support site performance and conversion rate improvements with web and digital teams.
  • Creative Asset Development: Lead the development of creative assets for social channels and marketplaces, including content for product listings.
  • Influencer Relationship Management: Establish and manage influencer relationships and user-generated content programs to grow brand loyalty and engagement.
  • Digital Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends to maintain relevant and attention-grabbing content.
  • Product Trial Initiatives: Design and execute product trial initiatives like sampling campaigns and brand activations.
Requirements
  • Digital Commerce Experience: Proven experience managing digital commerce and paid media in fast-paced consumer industries.
  • Ecommerce Operations Knowledge: Deep understanding of successful D2C, retail, and marketplace ecommerce operations.
  • Paid Campaign Management: Skilled in managing paid campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, and similar platforms.
  • Influencer Program Success: Demonstrated success with influencer programs, content marketing, and community engagement.
