The role of an NDIS Operations Specialist at DNV is a challenging and rewarding position that requires strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and the ability to drive change initiatives.

A key aspect of this role is leading the NDIS Operations team in Australia, ensuring the audit data in the system is accurate and up-to-date. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing and developing the operations team by mentoring and coaching less experienced members.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have proven experience in financial performance management, as well as expertise in certification processes and accreditation requirements. You should also possess analytical skills, with the ability to use data to monitor and drive operational performance.

A solution-oriented mindset, combined with strong interpersonal and communication skills, are essential for this position. You should be proactive, organized, and have a good commercial acumen.

You will be responsible for implementing customer complaints management, reporting, and ensuring improvement actions are implemented to enhance customer satisfaction. You will also be involved in appeal management and impartial review of appeals.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.

This role requires a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of relevant/similar experience in NDIS, preferably in another Notified Body. The successful candidate will be an NDIS Qualified Lead Auditor, with in-depth knowledge of certification processes and accreditation requirements.
