Senior Quality Assurance Manager

A highly respected and innovative provider of unique accommodation, attendant care, and in-home services seeks a Senior Quality Assurance Manager to lead their quality framework and policy development. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in working within a quality framework and policy development, including the NDIS framework.

Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance on policy, process, and practice for HIS as a SIL and SDA provider operating within the NDIS. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a risk framework and analysis
- SUPPORTING compliance with relevant standards and regulations
- Developing and implementing quality policies and procedures
- Leading quality improvement initiatives
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or working towards or relevant experience
- Significant experience in working within a quality framework and policy development, including the NDIS framework
- Excellent time and project management skills
- High level communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
$120,000 - $150,000 per annum, dependent on skills and experience
