Salary:
$87,000 per annum plus superannuation, which reflects the competitive market rate for an experienced Occupational Therapist in West Melbourne. This salary includes a comprehensive benefits package, including fuel reimbursement and Novated Lease options available.

Job Description:
As an Occupational Therapist - NDIS Specialist with HealthcareLink, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality therapy services to clients across various settings. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing personalized plans to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Providing evidence-based interventions and therapies to promote independence, participation, and overall well-being
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting progress to stakeholders
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless service delivery

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent
  • Minimum 6 months of experience working in community-based NDIS services (desirable)
  • Current registration with AHPRA
  • A current driver's license and willingness to travel as required
  • Up-to-date COVID vaccinations and NDIS Worker Screening clearance
