The Opportunity

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Commercial and Industrial team. As a key member of our team, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers and play a crucial role in engaging with them to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer service experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Service: Assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  2. Contract Management: Deliver excellent customer service to allocated contracts, ensuring that customer needs are met and exceeded.
  3. Relationship Building: Develop positive working relationships with other support functions and stakeholders to meet and exceed customer needs.
  4. Issue Resolution: Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner, maintaining accurate data records and ensuring consistent execution of end-to-end processes in compliance with company policies.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with:

  1. Proven Experience: Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role.
  2. Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  3. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  4. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  5. Positive Attitude: A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  6. Independence: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
