Business Development Opportunity

As a relationship builder with a passion for helping businesses thrive, you will support clients across various regions as a key business partner.

You will manage a portfolio of established client relationships while actively identifying new opportunities through your network and referral partners.

Deliver tailored financial solutions by deeply understanding complex client needs and collaborating with product specialists to help businesses grow with confidence in areas such as cash flow management, capital optimization, risk assessment, and transaction banking.

Be part of a collaborative team working flexibly to suit your needs, and drive deal execution with proven skills in origination, structuring, and negotiation focusing on businesses turning over between $2M to $20M.

Grow regional presence by building your professional profile and representing the bank with pride.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong track record in business development, particularly in building and leading successful client portfolios.
  • Experience in commercial lending, deep understanding of banking products and services, and sharp financial analysis and credit skills.
  • Passion for customer service and business development is essential; diversified sector experience is highly valued.
