We are seeking a highly skilled Workforce Optimization Specialist to join our Member Operations team at Australian Retirement Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving our operational excellence methodologies, frameworks, and guiding principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement workforce planning and resource management strategies to drive operational excellence.
- Lead and facilitate workshops with Member Operations staff and other business units to discuss concepts such as workforce planning, resource management, and strategic business planning.
- Analyze data to inform leaders and drive decision-making.
- Act as a critical link between business and key suppliers to ensure organizational needs are met.
- Support business leaders in engaging front-line staff in implementation.
Requirements:
- Experience in the superannuation industry or understanding of business operational processes.
- Demonstrated skill in analytical tools and techniques, including data modeling and systems analysis.
- Ability to analyze large datasets to identify patterns and trends.
- Proven ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple activities.
- Active Operations Management (AOM) methodology champion accreditation or ability to acquire.
- High-level stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Superior communication and coaching skills.
