Service Coordination Specialist


Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Coordination Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and planning preventative maintenance activities for various medical equipment. This role involves assisting internal and external customers through the Service Support Operations Centre, facilitating PM service for multiple regions, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure timely servicing.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and dispatch preventative maintenance tasks
  • Extract and manipulate detailed PM data from multiple systems
  • Refer to operating systems and accurately identify customer information
  • Manage Field Engineer PM appointment calendars
  • Communicate with customers to facilitate on-time servicing
  • Reschedule PM appointments as required
  • Participate in meetings and contribute to improvement initiatives
  • Analyze PM data and asset location to efficiently schedule maintenance
  • Contribute to data cleansing activities

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Extensive coordination and planning experience in a dispersed operational environment
  • Experience using multiple operating platforms and systems (e.g., ServiceMax, Salesforce)
  • Outstanding communication skills and advanced capabilities in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional matrix team environment nationally and internationally
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical approach to problem solving
  • Adaptive approach to change and willingness to work as part of a team
