Field Service Coordinator Role

LETO Technology is seeking a skilled Field Service Coordinator to join its Brisbane-based team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in the success of the service team by managing day-to-day scheduling, technical dispatch, and administration of service activities.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and dispatch field service engineers across QLD and interstate, ensuring efficient coverage and minimal downtime for customers.
  • Manage scheduling of preventative maintenance, breakdowns, installations, and projects with precision and foresight.
  • Oversee job progress in real-time, updating customers, field engineers, and internal teams to maintain service transparency.
  • Support service revenue performance by assisting with quoting workflows, tracking follow-ups, and ensuring jobs are closed, invoiced, and documented accurately.
  • Maintain and review CRM records, job cards, labour entries, and parts usage for accountability and reporting accuracy.
  • Process and manage parts and consumables orders, ensuring availability for upcoming service requirements.
  • Build strong professional relationships with customers through clear, timely communication and service updates.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in field service coordination, scheduling, or technical dispatch (industrial services experience preferred).
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, with a focus on professionalism and problem-solving.
  • Proven ability to multi-task, prioritise, and adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency with job management systems (CRM/ERP experience preferred).
