Job Description:

As a dynamic commercial leader, you will drive outcomes across multiple business streams by leading all commercial functions across the organisation. This includes end-to-end procurement strategy, supplier performance, and contract management.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will also lead commercial project delivery, including business system rollouts and process improvement. Additionally, you will work with finance to support business reporting, planning, and commercial insights, managing key customer and partner relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive procurement strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver commercial projects, ensuring timely completion and effective resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with finance to provide commercial insights, inform business decisions, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners, driving business growth and revenue.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will possess a strong commercial background with senior leadership experience in procurement, commercial operations, or project delivery. You will have excellent communication skills, confidence engaging across all levels of the organisation, and experience managing internal teams and external suppliers or partners.

You will also have exposure to automotive, industrial, or B2B/B2C service-based sectors, and project management or ERP implementation experience is highly regarded.
