Student Financial Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled finance professional to join our team as a Student Finance Adviser. This role is responsible for providing expert advice and support to students in relation to their fees and general enquiries.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong understanding of financial regulations and procedures.
About the RoleKey Responsibilities- Provide accurate and timely information to students regarding their fees and other financial matters.
- Manage student records and maintain confidentiality.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent computer literacy and analytical skills.
